Oh the things I can do they are many abs true. I can climb the highest mountain

And sail the bluest hue

I can dance on the wind and sing in the rain

I can do hard things and never feel the pain

My heart is strong my spirit bold

I can face any challenge never to grow old

I can run with the wolves and play with the sun

I can do hard things until the day is done

I can swim in the ocean and dive into the deep

I can climb the highest tree and reach the top with ease

I can do hard things and never feel afraid

I can do hard things and make them look so bright and brave

So bring on the challenges bring on the strife

I’ll do hard things and thrive with life

I’ll never give up I’ll never yield

I can do hard things and make them my own field
