A Self Help Poem, by Sarah Lou Cawdron

 

In the mirror, I see a face so dear,

A reflection of strength and grace.

With every breath, I fill my heart,

And let go of the past.

 

I am enough, I am worthy,

I am the one I've been searching for.

I trust in myself, I trust in my heart,

And I know that I'll always find my way.

 

Self-love is a journey, a path I choose,

To heal and grow, to rise above.

I embrace my flaws, I embrace my soul,

And let go of the shame and the fear.

 

I am worthy of love, of care, of kindness,

I am worthy of all the beauty and light.

I am enough, I am worthy,

I am the one I've been searching for tonight.
