Growing up, I always loved the sea, despite moving away from home to another seaside town, coming back to visit my roots brings me back to my childhood. 
 

The sea is my heart's true home,
where I feel free to roam and roam.
The waves and the wind are my friends,
and the sea's beauty never ends.

I love to watch the sun rise and set,
the colours of the sky, I'll never forget.
The sea's rhythm is like a song,
and I can listen to it all day long.

The sea's power is something to behold,
it's a force that never gets old.
I feel so small in its vastness,
and yet, so big in its kindness.

The sea's creatures are a wonder,
from the tiniest shrimp to the biggest thunder.
I love to watch them swim and play,
and I wish I could be with them all day.

My love for the sea will never die,
it's a passion that will always lie.
In my heart and in my soul,
the sea will always make me whole.
