Ingredients:
1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 potatoes, diced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add cabbage, onion, and potatoes.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are soft and cabbage is wilted.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve warm.
