Lemon Tart Recipe

-1 9-inch pre-made tart shell
-3 large eggs
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
-Pinch of salt
