We know how hard believing in yourself is, Sarah does too, she's written this heartfelt poem ❤️

Believe in yourself and stronger you will become 

You're braver than you believe, 
stronger than you seem, 
and smarter than you think
The best and most beautiful 
things in the world 
cannot be seen or even touched 
they must be felt with the heart

No matter how worthless you think you are, 
There’s at least one person 
who thinks you are amazing.
I hope that my real friends 
know how much they mean to me 
I know I'm not the easiest person 
to get on with but thank you 
to all of you for believing in me.

It takes a lot of courage to become someone that you can count on. 
It takes a lot of strength to 
become someone who will 
always believe in you. 

But when you do, your entire world will shift. Suddenly, many things become possible 
simply because you truly believe 
in your own strength. 
The once impossible becomes
possible, and the possible becomes inevitable.
