SET Maidstone & Causton School engages students with remote learning as schools are closed again

The COVID-19 pandemic is yet again challenging us in all areas of our lives, including the closure of schools. With  he majority of students remaining at home, SET Maidstone & Causton School continues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning and a supportive environment having immediately moved to remote learning. 

Children of key workers and children with certain needs including those with an EHCP are still attending school. We are continuing to work to keep our School as safe as possible. 

The School is delivering its curriculum via SeeSaw (an app-based platform for Schools that allows students, teachers, and parents / carers to complete and share classroom work). Families electronically ‘sign in’ each day prior to completing the work set and expectations of students remain high as they follow their usual timetable.

SET Maidstone & Causton students, staff and parents / carers have again patiently and proactively responded to the seperated challenges with fantastic commitment to continued engagement. The SET Maidstone & Causton community have adapted and embraced the remote learning structures, actively making the best of opportunities presented.
