Ingredients:
- 8 oz. beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
